Hi Eric,

Long time no see! I don't have your new work contact so I grabbed your Yahoo
account from your Facebook page, hope you don't mind.

I'm heading out tomorrow to California to work on my boss' race for the last 4
weeks, but win or lose (feeling confident it's "win"), I'm looking to possibly
move on after 6 years in the Boxer office.


With Chris Coons now looking likely to win, I was wondering if you or Hunter had
any contacts with the his folks. Since he'll be casting votes in the Senate as
early as November 15th (if he wins, not trying to jinx anything), I'm assuming
he'll be looking to hire staff sooner than someone taking their seat in
January.


The last 2+ years I've been in a senior staff position with Sen. Boxer, serving
the last 7 months as her Senior Advisor. It is unclear what our LD or CoS will
do after the election, so I'm considering looking for similar positions in other
Senate offices, and I think Coons would be a great fit.


Any help you might be able to provide as far as contacts on his team would be
great, I'll also my chatting with my uncle, and might also reach out to Bill
Oldaker, but I thought I'd start with you since you always seem to be plugged in
with Delaware politics.
