It’s a pleasure to announce that after 14 years of working in the Washington, D.C. commercial real estate community, today I am opening my own real estate firm - Emissary Realty.

As your emissary, I promise to act as your trusted agent. In addition to the commercial services I've offered for over a decade, my team and I will also be offering retail and residential brokerage services.

Commercial
Signing a commercial space lease has never been our end goal or the end of our involvement. Whether it hiring an architect, getting bids from a contractor or event an office mover we understand the challenges of real estate and want you focussed on your core competency. Our clients want the best value with the best results - under an umbrella of focus and dedication to their business or organization.

Residential
We will assist in buying and selling homes in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We will also help clients with corporate rentals, condo purchases, and property management.

Retail
Operating in a high demanding market, we work with both tenants and owners. We are proud to be playing a role in bringing great restaurants, gyms, fashion boutiques, and other fantastic businesses to the area.

In each of these service areas, our team has a long history filled with loyal clients like yourself that we work diligently to represent. Emissary Realty will enhance those services and we look forward to unveiling new tools that will educate and inform you about your next real estate transaction.

My first entrepreneurial venture was a landscaping company (The Weekly Weeders) that I started in high school. I've come full circle and once again embark on a new business venture. While new to the marketplace, we already have a team of four seasoned agents working to make sure that you real estate is working for you. We're raising the bar and creating remarkable real estate experiences for our clients.
