Alan Apter introduced me to Nicoli and President Kwasniewski earlier this year and the President invited me to Warsaw beginning of March, where discussed the company and the vision; and he invited me to join the Board of Directors. Hunter and discussed and I started negotiating an agreement and accepted soon after. I subsequently introduced Hunter to Nicoli at a European financial conference the beginning of April. President Kwasniewski was briefed on the meeting in Europe by Nicoli and subsequently arranged an introductory conf call with Hunter. Following the initial call, the President arranged a call to invite Hunter to consider the Legal Director role in which he accepted.

That can be written more succinctly but that's what happened. When I reference my calendar I'll circulate the exact dates of those European meetings.

Absolutely no Government involvement anywhere with anyone of us.
