Team PA -- CHINFO Adds PA Civilian Community to Navy HR Portal

All,

Our PA/VI civilians frequently request information and tools to help them manage their careers and guide their professional development. We’ve been listening and are pleased to announce we are now live on the Navy Office of Civilian Human Resources portal.

While this portal was designed with our government civilians in mind, the PA section contains a number of resources many of our uniformed professionals may benefit from as well:

-- Navy Public Affairs Guide – PA/VI Career Resources
-- Information on the civilian job series in the PA/VI community, including what they do, where civilian jobs are located, and links to current Navy openings and competencies required for those series where competency studies have been completed
-- Online resources such as the U.S. Navy Media blog and Facebook groups
-- Professional development resources including Navy correspondence courses on PA topics
-- The Navy PA/VI Directory

To access it, use your Navy CAC to log in at: https://www.portal.navy.mil/donhr/communitymanagement/PA/Pages/default.aspx.

Please take a few minutes to learn something new by stopping by the portal

For questions or comments on the portal, please contact Ms. Nancy Harrity (nancy.harrity@navy.mil or 703-695-1887).
