This is great news thank you John & Will. MS came into the final close on last fund at $30mil, and that process took @6 months.

Agree, we want to schedule a time for you all to meet over a dinner. You can offer to host their team somewhere nice in NYC or Phili. They could meet you at the office Carnegie Hall Tower, even say hi to Chris, then head out to dinner. (Neil like the Phillies box idea too, may be hard to coordinate a larger group.)

Next Tuesday in NYC after NB may be too late, want to have you all take as much time there as you can, and even grab dinner after with Brien if you can. Let us know Dates, maybe 2-3 options for NYC or Phili? Thanks Suzanne

Team,

We just had a call with Neha at Morgan Stanley. They love our team and strategy and see our differentiation, but they want to spend more time getting to know us. There is a chance we can get them into the June close but we need to spend some time with them socially, likely a dinner in NY or Philly. They may end up coming in the following closing but Will and I think we should prioritize getting a social dinner on the calendar and we should do so as soon as possible. We think we can close them with more face time but our next closing may be moving too fast for them.
