World Spay Day is Here! Help us spay 150 homeless cats and dogs in Guanica, Puerto Rico. We have a huge goal to raise $6,000 today. By spaying these animals in Guanica we will save thousands of lives! Today is the day. We've shared with you how important our work in Guanica, Puerto Rico has become. Every day cats and dogs are hit by cars, suffer from tragic injuries and die. They reproduce and the kittens and puppies are starving from day one. They are born into starvation and unbearable situations. Resources are so limited on the island. As a result, so many of the dogs and cats live every day in pain and suffering. And the need continues to grow and grow as more people leave the island. By coming together we can change lives! Please consider a donation to help us save thousands of lives today. Rainey and her Pups Rainey gave birth to a litter of 8 pups in December under the foundation of a house by the highway. All but two died some from being hit by cars and others eaten by mongoose. We rescued her two remaining pups. If she had been spayed, this suffering would have been prevented. Help us save moms like Rainey from having puppies who succumb to these tragic circumstances.
