Precisely what Eric said. Generally they shoot for a high level official
to attend which generates the interest from the "potential investors" but
it's not guaranteed. I went on one with a lot of promises to Mumbai. It
was a complete waste of time but may have been due to the fact it was India
which is not a place to try and raise capital.
