Dear Eudora Member,

Attached is an updated letter from BDO. After the original letter when
out, BDO realized a formula did not pull through correctly. The projected
long term gain was correct, but projected negative capital account was not
correct. As stated in my last correspondence, BDO recommends you forward
this updated letter to your tax advisor.
