Hope all is well on your end. Henry and Michael have been meeting to
discuss how Harvest or Henry himself might be able to help us quickly gain
some fees in China. One proposal out forth by Henry is that he buy a piece
of a Rosemont Seneca entity thereby putting money directly into our pockets
here then we can turn around use some if that money to fund a JV company
that can do I -banking type deals in China. Just a thought so I wanted you
to think about it. Mike Leonard from my office is on his way to Beijing he
will spend a week there at BHR offices to gather up info for us back here
so we can inform Andrew at Dechert and you and Devon of exactly where we
are with BHR

Last nights weekly BHR conference call went well progress is being made
with Gouxin investment
One question from J was if you could introduce him to a former Hong Kong
Governor? Joathan asked me to remind you of that request. I guess it is a
former Governor you have met in the past

Please let me know if I should be doing anything on the KAZ energy deal
