Looking forward to seeing everyone this coming Monday, April 4 at 6:30 pm for Mock Admission Program starting in the Dining Room. The College Counselors have asked us to bring a few snacks "healthy or otherwise", so anyone who can, just bring along something you'd like to munch and share. No need to sign up.

Hello all,

Apologies for the mass email and the potentially confusing message in the Wednesday Newsletter about the upcoming Mock Admission Program. I hope this email will provide the necessary details on what is always a valuable program for students and parents.

I have attached two documents to this message (and posted them on the "Information for Parents" Section of the College Counseling Website) if you cannot open attachments. The first document is a detailed schedule; the second document, "College X Profile is a description of the school you will be "working" for on during the exercise. You will be asked to read three admission files on Monday evening and then, with the assistance of an admission expert, work with fellow parents on a committee to admit one student, deny one student, and place on student on the Wait List. We ask that you read the profile in advance of Monday night so you have a bit of context for the work ahead. We have explained the program and discussed the College X Profile with all students in workshops this week.
