Dear NativityMiguel Board Member,

Assessing the health of the Network is a key part of the Network's ongoing efforts to measure and improve its impact. One of the Network's priority outcomes in this area is engaging you, the Board of Directors, to achieve to your highest and best contribution.

To that end, we ask you to participate in this Board of Directors Self-Assessment Survey. This survey is designed to help you assess your performance as a board and as individual members, as well as understand how to strengthen overall board effectiveness. The results of the survey will be used to enhance board performance over time and focus board development discussions to the greatest benefit of the Network. Your individual responses are private and will only be shared in aggregate.
