the Middle School Book Fair next week.

*Calling all MS parents !!* -- We need your help to make the MS Book Fair a
success! The MS Book Fair will be held from April 18-22 in the MS library.
We need parent volunteers to (1) help us inventory and set up the books
before the Book Fair begins, (2) sell the books during the Fair, and (3)
break down, inventory and pack up unsold books at the conclusion of the
Fair.

Volunteers are needed on the following days:

Friday, April 15: 12:00 noon to ?? (to inventory and set
up the books)
Monday, April 18: 8:00 am to 4 pm (to sell books)

Tuesday, April 19: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (to sell books)
Wednesday, April 20: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (to sell books)
Thursday, April 21: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (to sell books)
Friday, April 22: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon (to sell books)
and 12:00 noon to ?? (to break down the Fair)

Please let us know if you can volunteer to help with the Fair. In the past,
most parents have worked a two-hour block of time, but we'll be happy to
have your help for whatever amount of time you can give us! Peak times when
we need the most volunteers are for the set up and break down, and also for
book sales first thing each morning of the Fair. For the set up and break
down, please consider volunteering for a 2-3 hour shift. And remember, all
sales of books benefit the MS Library Fund.
