Henley: Vice President Biden has been a longtime supporter of artists and copyright holders. His pro-copyright record during his tenure in the Senate is unassailable. And as Vice President he was instrumental in the implementation of the Office of the Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator. The creative community is very fortunate to call the vice president a friend.
