I recommend that RSTP team reviews. We have looked at a number of data
analytics companies over the years (including investing in cataphora) and
the profile of this seems more like their mandate.

I think the team and oppty are highly credible as a proposition but don’t
have a view yet to inv merits.

I am glad that we were able to catch up and appreciate the time that you
were able to spend listening to an update on Flexis Capital’s next
investment—the big data analytics for cyber-security company, ISIS Defense,
that has progressed to a point where we have begun conversations with
potential Flexis investors. As you could tell, I am incredibly excited
about the quality of ISIS’ management team (industry leaders formerly at
market-innovating data center company Terremark), the highly differentiated
product (big data analytics driven by a powerful algorithm), and the
enormous market opportunity (as companies shift IT security dollars from
traditional, static defenses to more dynamic, real-time solutions).

From our conversation, I know that you could understand the benefit of
ISIS’ services, and the dynamics that drive the opportunity (particularly
given the recent attack on Target as well as Chinese military-backed
intellectual property thefts). I appreciate your willingness to consider
an investment as well as bringing along your partners, and will make
available to you whatever resources to help address your further diligence.

I have attached an overview on the company and an NDA for you to review the
next level of information (including a management presentation, Flexis
investor memo, online data room and subscription materials). It would be
great if you could pass the NDA to Chris to edit for his entity and sign,
but please feel free to discuss the opportunity with him now. We have a
recorded investor conference call with the management team that is
available for replay, and I can also arrange a separate conversation with
them for you and Chris.
