? Brett Lambert joined our advisory board. Brett was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy from 2009-2014. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics on matters relating to the defense industrial base, including mergers & acquisitions, preservation of essential industries and technologies, and industrial capabilities and assessments. ? Three of our portfolio companies received industry recognition:

o Vistronix was named Best Dealmaker of 2013 by Washington Technology due to three acquisitions, which we helped finance.

o MicroPact was named the "Government Contractor of the Year with $12 to $25 Million in Revenues" by the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF).

o PIXIA was awarded the US Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) 2013 Industry Achievement Award.

? Managing Partner Devin Talbott:

o Named a "40 Under 40" by M&A Advisor, as an emerging leader in the financing industry.

o Listed as an "up-and-comer" in an article in The Information profiling leading investors in cybersecurity.

? Managing Partner Pierre Chao:
