Hey Dudes-

Just had our second working group call on the NEC Coalition. Making progress
on the documents (longer internal summary, one pager, brief ppoint (for
Amtrak) and longer ppoint) and scheduled a call for early next week. Nothing
too important to update you on substantively...that would be breaking the
rules of the working group.
