We just had a call with Neha at Morgan Stanley. They love our team and
strategy and see our differentiation, but they want to spend more time
getting to know us. There is a chance we can get them into the June close
but we need to spend some time with them socially, likely a dinner in NY or
Philly. They may end up coming in the following closing but Will and I
think we should prioritize getting a social dinner on the calendar and we
should do so as soon as possible. We think we can close them with more face
time but our next closing may be moving too fast for them.
