1. High level overview of the company – founding to today, background
of founders

2. Discuss technology – products and software – what differentiates
Roboteam and their leadership in the market

3. Discuss competition – how far ahead is Roboteam, who is out in the
market in their space

4. Financial review of 2013 - Revenue, income. Discuss number of
customers. Discuss blend of revenue – R&D revenue vs production unit
sales/service (are the on a calendar year or do they have a fiscal year –
when does that start/end?)

5. Financial review of 2014 – current results/trends – same details
above

6. Discuss 2015/2016 projection and assumptions

7. Focus on the mil/law enforcement products only for now

8. Discuss sales/biz dev pipeline and process

9. Discuss addition of consumer/commercial product

10. Discuss how Roboteam see’s Rosemont Seneca helping them scale their
business bigger and faster across all product areas.

11. Discuss current cap table and capital raising process
