I expect you are doing well. Congrats on the new asset inflow over the
past few months.

As you are aware, Carl had invested an additional $10ML through
ThomaBravo (his Private Equity firm) in August. I have known Carl for
years and feel Charles's personality is better suited for dealing with
Carl than anyone else at the firm. Carl won't call very often. He
usually speaks with me every week or so, but if he does call the
office...can I suggest he speaks with Charles?
