Please note that, in addition to the items identified on the agenda Brandy
circulated today, the Board of Managers will vote on Monday regarding the
creation of the office of chief innovation officer and appointment of Jeff
Stein to that office, as well as increasing the number of Managers by one
and appointment of Jeff Stein to fill that role. We anticipate addressing
these matters at the beginning of the meeting so that Jeff may fully
participate in the rest of the meeting.
