Hi Arlene and Team,

I just discussed this with Rob Walker a moment ago. I think if the problem
with going to people you know to help raise this capital l is that they
would want to be compensated, we can offer them GP compensation. For
example, if they raise $1mm then they would get a point of the GP (that is
5% of the 20%, or 1% total of the upside). Since this deal is small and
somewhat strategic for this effort, I do not have a problem with giving
this away as the upside of raising the fund is much more significant.
