Although the new Sabre platform will make your experience with us smoother in the long run, you may encounter a few bumps over the weekend of October 28 – October 30, when we transition from the old system to the new. What To Expect:
Website and reservations offline: Our website, Elevate account information, and booking services will be offline and unavailable for approximately 12 to 24 hours beginning at noon Pacific Time on October 28, 2011. If you need to book travel, make flight changes or access Elevate information, we recommend doing so before October 28 or after October 30.

Call Center hold times October 28-30: We expect a high volume of calls and longer than usual Call Center hold times on 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (1.877.359.8474).* We appreciate your patience during this time and encourage you to send general questions on Twitter by following @VirginAmerica and sending us a Direct Message: twitter.com/virginamerica.
