Hi Josh, Mike and Rob,

Mike Smith has offered to host a lunch for us to get together to discuss
the event ideas we received from the rest of the group. Mike is suggesting
either November 15 or 17. It would be great if we could all get together
and make a decision at the lunch about which direction we will go.

Please let me know whether either of these dates work. In the meantime, I
am attaching the (unedited) suggestions for your review prior to the lunch.
