I went away energized, and I hope you each did, too. Just yesterday we brought in a new $20,000 grant from a new foundation that is interested in our model of leadership development and network, which they see as a potential model for other groups to follow - just as the Sandler Foundation is starting to think - so good news continues to flow! I have attached the minutes from the meeting - please look over them while the meeting is fresh in your minds to make any corrections you would like to see. You will notice that we have a great deal of follow up! Sarah and I will be sitting down next week to go through the items on our end, and will then be calling you individually to start putting various pieces in motion. We are so grateful to have a board that is getting ever-more involved and active -and that will help us become a real institution that continues to expand its impact. With all best - hope you each have wonderful weekends, Rachel -- CEO and President Truman National Security Project and Truman Educational Institute Office: 202-216-9723 Cell: 202-320-2918 www.TrumanProject.org<http://www.TrumanProject.org>
