I just spoke with Chuck and he asked me to forward you the details to
our dinner on November 17. As Chuck told you, please feel free to
bring a guest with you, just let us know. Hope to see you on the 17th.

Dinner will be at Smith & Wollensky (49th St & 3rd Ave) in New York
City. Cocktails will commence at 6:00PM, followed by dinner at 7:00PM.
This will be a small dinner of approximately 18-20 people.
