I was just grilled for an hour by Nathaniel de Rothschild. He said he is
inclined to participate and asked to see the sub docs. He said he would
also share with Bob Cohn, the billionaire founder of Octel,
who initially introduced us. They would be a small check in the deal but a
great relationship for the fund.

Please let me know if there are other investors by whom you'd like me to be
grilled:)
