Mike,

Just as an update OAS is getting all information to make their payment,
$20,000 USDs.

Aalap was telling me last Friday they are now not sure if President Clinton
will come to the event and also it seems President Lula did not confirm his
schedule.

Do you know if any other relevant/important people for OAS will be at this
event that could help us with business? Just trying to think what we will
do with them if the people do not show.

We have a few weeks before this, just wanted to pass on the information I
was given.
