I just got off the phone with OAS. Presented in a way that allowed them to come to same conclusion as us, better we just recap when they come to DC. Think we are fine.

Meetings we discussed having while they are in DC:

- IDB

- Discuss with Alisson from Rio Tinto, introduce OAS, and plan who they should meet on Rio exec team

- They mentioned wanting to meet organizations that may want to invest in their projects in Colombia, Costa Rica, etc. Given what were discussing today I think it may be in our best interest to first see which company we want to work with on financing initiatives, how we will be compensated, etc. At this stage we focus on the business development we signed up for so we do not get dilute ourselves, as working on financing initiatives can be a separate source of income. What do you think?
