Just stopped by your office to say hello and Eric told me that you're in
Colombia. Let me know if you want me to send the Amb. a note. He was my
Amb. in Peru and is a great, brilliant guy. I was just e-mailing with him
yesterday. If you see him, give him my regards.

Hope to see you at my swearing-in on Nov. 14. Tracy and the kids will be
