Hunter and Mike,

I wanted to determine whether we would be able to meet this week, hopefully
in person with the other members of the sub-committee, in order to review
the suggestions I forwarded to each of you a few weeks ago. My concern if
we don't keep this moving, we may lose the interest (and momentum) of some
of the attendees at the October 5th meeting.

Please let me know what your availability is over the next two weeks, or if
you have another suggestion on how best to move this project forward.
