Four Fridays in April to Run Off Your Week! Shake Off the Work Week! Join 5K Fridays Every Week in April! The Crystal City 5K Fridays Series, now in its 10th year, is a great chance to unwind after your work week and get social with bunches of runners! The Crystal City 5K Series race dates are April 6, 13, 20, and 27. Run one, two, three, or four races (you keep your bib number for the entire series)! Save $5 on the cost of EACH race when you run ALL FOUR dates — and receive a race premium for running the series! The starting gun fires at 6:30 sharp every Friday in April outside the Crystal City Courtyard Green (2121 Crystal Drive). Then we're off! Race along Long Bridge Park and then join other runners post-race to throw one back with a complimentary post-race drink ticket that can be used at our race-partner watering holes, KORA and Freddie's Beach Bar. Don't want to get social while all sweaty? Stop by nearby Sport and Health to use its showers for FREE after each race. Just present your bib and a valid ID for the desk to hold while you're using the facilities. Run all four Fridays and see if you improve your time over the four-week period. We'll keep track, and at the end, you can compare your times against all series participants. Packet pickup is already available at the Pacers Clarendon Store (3100 Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington).
