Dear National Alumni Council,


We are so looking forward to seeing you in Chicago next week for the
inaugural National Alumni Council Meeting!


A reservation has been made in your name arriving April 8th and departing
April 10th at the


Holiday Inn Express at Chicago O'Hare

6600 North Mannheim Road

The hotel has an indoor pool and fitness center.


There is a free shuttle between Chicago O'Hare and the hotel. The bus
pick-up location at O'Hare is at Door 1 of the bus shuttle center, and the
pick-up is at 15 and 45 of the hour.

The bus departs the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour with
the last departure at 12:30am.


On Friday evening we will have an informal gathering in Salon A from 5:30 pm
to 6:45 pm before going out to dinner as a group at 7 pm to Nick's
Fishmarket restaurant, which is within walking distance.


If your flight is delayed or you need other assistance upon your arrival,
please call Sarah Jones, our Alumni Coordinator, at (971) 334-0073.


Attached is our agenda for the meeting, along with a copy of the charter for
you to review. As you can see, we have a very full schedule on Saturday and
are looking forward to a productive and strategic discussion for our
inaugural meeting. As you review the charter, we would like for you to
think about how you might act as an advisor and ambassador for JVC Northwest
to help expand our networking and fundraising capacity nationally.
