President Obama has fulfilled his Constitutional obligation and nominated someone to fill the empty seat on the Supreme Court. Sadly, Senate Republicans won't fulfill their own obligations. They're STILL refusing to hold a hearing on the president's nominee. And David Young has yet to say anything about it.

This level of obstructionism is unprecedented, and it has to stop. Sign now to demand a fair hearing for President Obama's Supreme Court nominee.

Merrick Garland, the president's nominee, is a qualified judge who would make an excellent addition to the court. It's ridiculous that Republicans refuse to even give him a hearing. If you agree, sign your name right away.
