Hey Hunter, absolutely. All understood and we are on the same page. No problem having family stay (I will make up the second bed) and dinner guests. No problems with stopping by- I would never, ever come by unannounced and it really is about the flowers and fruit trees, not checking on the house ; ) The garden is a pain, haha. And the fiddle leaf figs and succulents inside the house are temperamental (I have not done a great job with them, to be honest). I usually suggest to guests that they let me know when they'll be out so I can water without disturbing them. Up to you. Apologies if this is disconcerting. When you see the garden it might make more sense, haha. Hot tub. Understood. I will know this evening.
