*6 Columbus + Yale Club Expense: *

Please see attached for your expense report. I just got the reports from
Six Columbus and Yale Club this afternoon. It took a bit longer to obtain
these invoices as I requested a modification of format to make things
easier.

Different from the itemized list they usually gave out, I thought it might
be easier for the accounting girl to simply include the total charges,
without tedious breakdowns like $5 minibar and $20 movie etc, and have your
address removed, so I asked them to format their invoice based on day and
payment amount. Also asked them to run bills to include whatever they could
get for me from Q3 2017 and up to today, so that way might be able to
include some of the earlier expenses into this month's report. Please see
attached for our expense report (1 for you and 1 for myself from March).
Let me know if there is any additional receipts I should include in yours.

Don't worry about our drinks, it's on me, no need to be included in this
report.

I included your Yale Club Quarterly Contribution starting from last year up
to the latest one, not sure if the accounting department will let this go,
but let's try. I was told not supposed to include items from previous
month in this current month, unless obtained approval in advance.


*Fitzgerald Hotel Expense Follow Up: *

Additionally, just make sure you got all your Fitzgerald Hotel stays
expensed together with Uncle Jim's Fitzgerald Hotel travel expense. If
not, or you are not sure, please let me know. I will follow up for you with
the hotel.
