Dear Members of the Board, Given your collective input at February’s Board Meeting regarding support for new format of future meetings, the Governance Committee met this week and agrees with the Board’s recommendations. Therefore, going forward we will convene two-day Board meetings which will begin at 2:00 pm on Day One, with a formal dinner with substantive discussion that evening, and conclude by 12:00 pm on Day Two. I have attached the revised calendar of meetings for reference. I will also send updated meeting requests for the June and October 2018 meetings. Please let me know if you have any questions.
