We invite you to join us for our 2013 Spring Policy Conference at the Hotel Viking in Newport, Rhode Island on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th.

The official conference program will begin with a lunch on Thursday, May 9th and will conclude with a lunch on Friday, May 10th.

Rooms are available in the DAGA block at the host Hotel Viking, at a rate of $159.00/night, for Thursday night. To make a reservation by phone, call 1.800.556.7126 and mention the DAGA room block.

If our room block at the Hotel Viking sells out, we have an alternate overflow room block at The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina. We cannot guarantee these rates or room availability if the blocks sell out before April 4th, 2013 or if you do not reserve your room before April 4th, 2013. In the event you need to cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you cancel any later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax. We will send you periodic updates as we get closer to the event and a full briefing in the weeks before the conference. This will include a list of Attorneys General attending and final agenda for the conference.

Dress for the conference is business to business casual. Newport enjoys mild weather in May with highs in the upper-60s and lows in the mid to upper 50s.
