To be honest, I don't think any of us have been following it. I know that it was supposed to aid investments into start-ups and since Eric Cantor was a main proponent of it it is sure to be investor friendly. We can have have Joan or our intern, John, pull a bill summary from THOMAS or come up with a list of its key provisions, but for the analysis of how it would impact potential investors I would have to defer to those of you who had a little more day-to-day experience dealing with investors in the tech space.
