Once in the parking structure and on the downward ramp, across from the
Valet office glass window, there is a door that is up two steps and behind
a railing with a sign that reads “Stair”. After you enter the stair well,
you will walk up two flights (past the door marked Level Concourse) and
come to a white metal swinging gate. (There will be a yellow and red strip
on the grey floor which is the street or ground level.) Enter the gate
turning right and follow the signs for Service Elevator/Lobby. Exit into
the lobby at the door with a sign reading Service Elevator Lobby. Visitors
need an escort in order to access the 8th floor via the elevator. Please
see the security guard at the ground floor lobby desk for assistance.
*** On the 8th floor, please present your parking garage ticket to the
Heidrick & Struggles receptionist for validation*.
