PROCESSED
Harry- Just touching base. 1) OAS tells us that they got an injunction and were able to move forward in the process for now and that I believe they had the second lowest bid. I read one article in the paper that mentioned the Acciona/OAS consortium as one of the four going forward. If you have any more info on this let us know when you get a chance. 2) CAMAC tells me that they submitted their paperwork for the license with EcoPetrol last Friday and Alex Loftus on CAMAC said that he was going to email you as well so that you can follow up with them as necessary. CAMAC is interested in scheduling a time for Hunter and Kase Lawal (CAMAC's Chairman) to come down to Colombia in April (assuming their license is approved by then) to begin meeting with EcoPetrol and others. We defer to you on when in April would be a good time to do that or if that will be too soon given the licensing process. Thanks, Eric Eric D.
