We invite you to join us for our 2012 Spring Policy Conference at the
Waldorf Astoria in New York City on Thursday, May 10th - Friday, May
11th.

Please make your reservation at the Waldorf Astoria online [3](click
here) or call (212) 355-3000 and request the DAGA 2012 Spring Policy
Conference Room Block by April 18, 2012. We have blocked a limited
number of rooms for our guests at a special rate of $299.00 per night
plus tax and fees for May 10-11. We cannot guarantee this rate or room
availability if our block sells out before April 18, 2012 or if you do
not reserve your room before April 18, 2012.

In the event you need to cancel, we will do our best to resell your
room, but if we cannot, and you cancel any later than 48 hours prior to
scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the hotel’s cancellation

guest registration for this event. However, in the event that space
does open up, we are keeping a social guest waitlist for our dinner on

The conference will begin with a lunch on Thursday, May 10th and will
conclude with a lunch on Friday, May 11th. We will send you periodic
updates as we get closer to the event and a full briefing in the weeks
before the conference. This will include a list of Attorneys General
attending and final agenda for the conference.

Dress for the conference is business to business casual. New York
enjoys warm weather even in May with highs in the mid-70s and lows in
the mid to upper 50s.
