So we are all clear I am not the new COO. Hope that gives you further
confidence in Michael's sound judgment. I wanted to just add that it was
left that Av Jet now Ovation would like to figure out a way to involve
Rosemont Seneca on the Friends and Family Side which would be a minimal
investment to give you guys first shot at the bigger picture as well as
having you on as an Advisory role, which my understanding is it would be
best to have a stake in the company to do so. Having you as a partner
would be a real shot in the arm and I think you would benefit each other.


The news that Michael spelled out below is fantastic. Talk soon. Let me

Hunter,
My apologies I did not give you more advanced notice - but I am in DC
this week at the Advanced Biofuels Leadership Conference. Since we
last met, I have made some strong progress in commercial partnerships
and would welcome the opportunity to share with you, Eric, Rob or Neil
if anyone has time this week.

We are negotiating with two publicly listed fuel companies for JV
agreements focused on our patented technology. Additionally I brought
on a new COO, a very skillful guy i have known for 15+ years, who is
focused on the enzyme side of our business. We believe the enzyme
business has a margin potential far in excess of the fuels business an
a very quick time to market for high value products.

If you and/or the team have some time, I will gladly come over to
Georgetown for a quick update.

Also- completed the company rebranding - we are now Ovation Biotech, Inc.
