Please join us for an informative discussion on the Fiscal Cliff 2.0 (including sequestration, the continuing resolution and the debt ceiling) and other perspectives on fiscal policy with Steve Pinkos, policy director and general counsel to House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy.

Mr. Pinkos has served since January 2011 as policy director to the House Majority Whip, where he has focused on helping to plan and implement the House Republican agenda. His congressional service also includes staff director, deputy general counsel and counsel for the House Judiciary Committee. Prior to his current position, Mr. Pinkos was a leading force behind the evolution of intellectual property policy while serving as deputy undersecretary of commerce for intellectual property and deputy director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
