Dream Team,

Attached is the invite list for the annual meeting and status of
response/materials sent. Note some of the contacts have changed as I got
updates from the companies today. This is the master blaster list of
contacts to whom invites should be sent tomorrow (with the exceptions
noted). I also attach the RSTP update which has been sent to the parties as
indicated in the file.

As Neil indicated earlier, we'd like everyone to dig into their rolodexes
to come up with more names to add as soon as possible since most names are
my contacts at this point. If they can't attend but we can get in front
them for a meeting another day that is just as good in my book. This
conference serves as a reason to reach out to every investor possible to
get to a first close. Of the three people we have asked for the order, they
have all committed which is a good sign. Two more highly probables
including Roys. The plan is to ask for the order of everyone on this list
(and hopefully the list becomes much longer with your input) around/after
annual meeting towards a first closing on April 30th.

Jonathan Nystrom (co-founder of Cataphora, head of automated review, Ernst
& Young)
Ramji (CEO of Counsyl)
Professor Ian Hunter, Chaired Prof of Mechanical Engineering, MIT, Founder
of Nucleus Scientific (will present on the future of the EV market)

Some other potential speakers are in the works.
