Dear Hunter,

I hope this note finds you and your family well. I look forward to hearing
more about your Navy Reserve service. That is an incredibly admirable
decision.

I will be in DC on Monday, March 11 and would like to visit with you for 30
minutes or so if you have time. I can come to your office if that is most
convenient. Ralph Begleiter has kept me informed of your very helpful
discussions on the Biden Institute at UD. As he may have told you, I had
met with Ron Klain regarding the Institute last March. I also have met with
Cynthia a few times, including once with Valerie.

And it has been too long since we caught up, so I hope we can schedule some
time together.
