Dear Hunter,

Thanks so much for your call last week to the VP's office - they seemed to
have not gotten the invitation from Tony to the schedulers, so we've now
spoken and they are going to try to make it work - I'll keep you posted, of
course, as soon as I hear anything.

Meanwhile - do you mind if we list your name as part of the Host Committee
for the event at Greg Craig's? We are asking members of the Host Committee
to raise between $5,000 and $10,000 - but you can count your board
contribution to Truman as your contribution to this, so it is not an extra
request for capital from you! However, having you at the reception that
night - the evening of Thursday, May 3, would be very helpful. Our Board
meeting will be right beforehand, so that we can all go together.
