Sure, let's pull it down and take a look. I did not suspect any of us were in the weeds on this, but I think it presents an interesting opportunity for us and good timing. If this passes into federal law I'd anticipate that everyone we are talking to re RSTP will ask us about it and how it impacts our strategy, etc. ------------------- Neil Callahan 917-945-9516 On Mar 28, 2012, at 10:14 PM, Eric Schwerin <eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com> wrote: > To be honest, I don't think any of us have been following it. I know that it was supposed to aid investments into start-ups and since Eric Cantor was a main proponent of it it is sure to be investor friendly. We can have have Joan or our intern, John, pull a bill summary from THOMAS or come up with a list of its key provisions, but for the analysis of how it would impact potential investors I would have to defer to those of you who had a little more day-to-day experience dealing with investors in the tech space. > > > > > Eric D.
