Just looping everyone in as I have talked to each of you individually and
everyone seems to agree on the plan for a party at the Convention.


I am in the process of getting an estimate of what a reception from around
5-7pm or 5-8pm on Tuesday night of the Convention would cost us at one of
the venues at NC Music Factory. They have some restaurants and bars at the
complex including "Butter" which I guess is a popular NYC restaurant/bar?
Then we can see if that is in our budget.


Also, when Rob gets back we can see if there are other venues we want to
look at securing as another option.
