Hey,

How does everyone feel about just having a quick call early next week. And
then we could have an in person meeting the week before the event sometime
during the week of March 11th.

On the call we just need to go over a couple of items:
1. Sponsors: Alcohol, Last year sponsors, New sponsors
2. Activities: Wagering on games, Cigar Rolling, Craft Beer Tasting, Custom
Clothes
3. Set up for Event

So please let me know if you're available for a call Tuesday or Wednesday
of next week. Mike Manatos I know you're out of the country, but I will
send you and update when we are all finished.

And let me know what day works best during the week of March 11th for an
in-person meeting.
