Dear faculty,

As you may know, MSFS is hosting admitted applicants on Thursday, April
12th for our Open House. As prospective students will be visiting the
area in advance of the 12th, and potentially remaining after the 12th, I
am writing to ask you about visitors attending your course during that
week (4/9-4/13).

Please let me know if you CANNOT accommodate visitors to your class
during that time frame. If you are holding an in-class exam, or your
class would otherwise be disrupted by, or inappropriate for guests,
please let me know so we do not recommend your class to visitors.
